About

Hello! My name is Elijah Blue, and I’m an independent musician from New Hampshire. I love playing the piano and singing, as well as producing, mixing, and playing other instruments like the guitar and bass!

I am most inspired by musicians like Lizzy McAlpine, Liana Flores, Clairo, FINNEAS, Alice Phoebe Lou, and so many more.

In 2021, I released by first public EP called, "Passengers", a melancholy ode to the passing of time and our inability to control it. Two years later in 2023, I released my first full-length LP called, "Meet Me in Montauk", which explores the arc of a romantic relationship that eventually meets its end.

Most recently in 2026, I released my sophomore LP called, "What Grows Beneath Us", a delightfully playful project that harnesses a grounded and earthy sound, while delivering a mournful and nostalgic feel lyrically. Correlating with its Spring 2026 release, my goal with this project was to encourage each other to stop and observe what grows beneath our feet - just like the flowers and ferns in the Springtime, our lives and beings are constantly evolving and growing and sometimes we may miss that if we aren't paying attention.

I started making music when I was super young, and I released my first “album” when I was just ten years old and sold it on CDs at a craft fair in my town. Fast forward to today, now I’ve now gotten to work with many amazing and talented musicians in collaborative projects and productions, and develop my own personal style along the way.

Growing up homeschooled, I had a lot of extra time with my brothers and family that I cherish so much. I left college part-way through, and returned to my hometown of New Boston, NH to refind the quiet beauty that it provides. My heart drew me back to living along the river, which is where I currently reside. I'm a very sentimental and nostalgic person, and my lyrics and melodies often share the side of me. Creating music is so cathartic for me, and I hope that you might find some peace listening to it, too.
